Shipping rates

Shipping is free on the Valinor pitcher across the United States and Canada. Filter deliveries ship for a flat $3.99 standard shipping charge. We don't ship outside the US and Canada yet.

Preorder timing

Valinor is currently in production. Preorders are charged at the time of purchase and are scheduled to ship in fall 2027. We'll email you progress updates along the way, a heads-up before your order ships, and tracking the moment it's on its way. Estimated timing is our best current projection, not a guaranteed date — if it changes, you'll hear it from us first, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before shipment.

Filter subscription deliveries

Your first filter arrives inside the pitcher box. Subscription filters then ship every 90 days. You can change your delivery address, skip, or reschedule any shipment from your account portal.

Address changes

You can update your shipping address any time before an order ships, from your account portal or by emailing hello@valinorwater.com.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a shipment arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email hello@valinorwater.com within 30 days of the expected delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
