How the filter plan works

The Valinor filter plan delivers a fresh filter every 90 days for $65 plus $3.99 standard shipping (US & Canada). Your first filter comes inside the pitcher box, so your first subscription billing and delivery happen after your pitcher ships — roughly when your first filter is due for replacement. We email you before each renewal so a charge never surprises you.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective immediately, with no fees and no minimum commitment. Cancelling stops all future charges. You can also skip a delivery, pause the plan, reschedule a shipment, change your delivery address, or restart later — all from your account portal (linked in every email we send), or by emailing hello@valinorwater.com.

Billing

Your payment method on file is charged automatically at each renewal. If a renewal has already been charged when you cancel, that shipment still arrives and is covered by our Refund Policy (unopened filters returnable within 60 days).

Price changes

If the subscription price ever changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before it affects a renewal — you can cancel any time before then.
